hi friends follow the instruction and make your own smart movie video-
if you select reduce frames icon it will cut the amount of frames in half thereby reducing your video quality so if the video was originally 30 fps it will be 15fps and if its the common 24 fps it will be 12fps 0r 11 point something fps word of advice when you look at the status box in the bottom left and it says 24fps do not click reduce frames you dont need to but if its 30fps you may click it but it would be better if you used a diferent converter and set it to 24 fps oh by the way this is for people who have smartmovie version 3.0 and above
